Ordering from us

How do I place an order?

  • Before you make an order, you will need to browse for the products you are are looking for by using our main navigation menu or search box.

    You can then click add to basket, you can then continue shopping or go straight to checkout.

How do I checkout?

  • When you have found the items you wish to purchase and have added them to your basket, you can then checkout.

    We never store your credit card details and we provide you a 100% secure shopping experience.

Can I use a discount code?

  • Yes you can use one per checkout. hen your at the checkout you can enter the discount code there.

What payment methods do you offer?

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards as payment, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment via PayPal.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders using cheque's or postal order.

Can I use a different delivery address?

  • Yes you can use a different delivery address, at the checkout simply enter the delivery address you want.

Can my order have a tracking number?

  • Yes your order can have a tracking number. To do this you choose tracking when you choose a shipping option.

Can my order be sent worldwide?

  • Yes we can send worldwide, enter the delivery address when you checkout and it will calculate the price.

    For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs and may take longer than 7 days, you may be also be charged import duties which are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.

Can my order be marked as a gift?

  • For the time being, we cannot mark orders as a gift.

Has my order gone through?

  • When you place your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your order has be received. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team at Info@forceoflife.co.uk

Can I cancel my order?

  • If we haven't processed your order then we might be able to cancel your order before it's despatched. If you want to cancel your order then please contact us as soon as possible with subject line cancel my order.

    If the order has already be shipped then we please follow our returns policy and we will sort out your refund as soon as we have received the items.

When will my order be fulfilled (shipped)?

  • Order fulfillment is when we are preparing your order for shipment. It can take 1-5 days on average to fulfil your order.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?

  • If you haven't received your order within the expected time then please contact us with your order number at Info@forceoflife.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

What is the cost of delivery?

How is my parcel being delivered?

  • We usually send packages with Royal Mail & DHL. If you order more than 1 product, you may receive more than 1 package in the post as we have multiple warehouses which the products may come from separately.

When can I expect my delivery?

  • In the United Kingdom it will take 1-3 days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it and depending on your region, estimated delivery time is between 2-6 days.

    There are some products that have certain delivery times, these products will have the delivery times on the product description, please take note on this. but on average most of our products will be coming from United Kingdom.

    For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs and may take longer than 7 days, you may be also be charged import duties which are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.

    Please also consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Returns

How do I return an item/s?

  • You have 30 days from the day your order arrived to arrange a return for your order. Contact our customer service team with your order number and we can arrange a return for your item/s. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s.

My item/s are damaged, what do I do?

  • If your order was damaged upon delivery, please send us a clear photo of the damaged item/s and send to our customer service team at Info@forceoflifeco.uk with your order number.

I've received the wrong item/s, what do I do?

  • On the unlikely event you received the wrong item/s please send us a clear photo of the received item/s and send to our customer service team at Info@forceoflifeco.uk with your order number. We will then arrange reshipment.

One of my items are missing, what do I do?

  • If you bought more than one item, you may be receiving more than 1 package in the post. To make sure you can contact our customer service team at Info@forceoflifeco.uk with your order number. Our dedicated customer service team will look into this for you and find out if your other item/s are on the way to you or if it was a mistake by us.

When can I expect my refund?

  • If you paid for an order and it hasn't been shipped yet then it's possible we can refund you straight away which may take 1-3 days to appear in your bank account. If the refund was within an hour of purchase, the total order amount may be adjusted to the correct amount so wont appear separately in your bank account statement.

Discount Codes

Where do I enter my discount code?

  • Yes you can use one per checkout. hen your at the checkout you can enter the discount code there.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

  • Make sure you spell the code correctly, including capitals. Some discount codes have an expiry date so make sure you use it before the end date.
