Enabling you to vary your routines for interest and to adapt the difficulty of your Pilates exercises, the blocks help you to progressively improve your strength and flexibility.
You can build your difficulty gradually using the blocks because you can start working on the poses which are difficult to adopt. For example, if you struggle to reach the floor in a triangle pose, place two blocks in front of you, one on top of the other, and then reach for those. As your flexibility improves, remove one block and then continue progressing until you can remove the second block. You will be amazed at what you can achieve and how quickly!
Komodo EVA Foam blocks are also ideal for varying the resistance in strength exercises. Simply place one block between your legs to increase the resistance and to guarantee that every exercise is more challenging.
